The TARA team have been a massive help in getting our application off the ground. Very communicative, helpful and understanding to our needs and requirements as a team and site. The team and their skills set have expanded over the last couple of years and they have done this in response to customer needs. The TARA team have always been willing to take our calls and book in time over Teams/on-site to take us through new changes and to train our colleagues.
Having these vital tools electronically has saved vast amounts of time and money from all areas within the operational training team. Our training team have access to their tasks immediately via the application which can be accessed via a smart phone or tablet, they no longer have to wait for an email of their schedule from the admin team.
The Tara teams communication and explanation of new and existing services is really clear and straight forward. With the Learning Management System installed we are saving a lot of time.Trainers productivity is also enhanced as they don’t have to print paperwork and they are able to show the necessary documents on the portal using a tablet or other mobile device and they are also able to sign colleagues off which is immediately recorded in the system.
